Ruoholahti–Matinkylä section

Construction designers have implemented the design of the west metro under the direction of five principal designers.

Designers have been selected on the basis of a competitive public tender in accordance with the Act on Public Contracts. There are five contracts for architectural design, two for rock engineering, one for geotechnical engineering, one for track engineering and four for the design of technical building services.
