Länsimetro measures the smoothness of co-operation on worksites
In a construction project of the West Metro’s magnitude, co-operation and interaction between the various players is highlighted. The construction contracts of Phase II of the West Metro are being realised as project management contracts. All parties involved in the construction evaluate the co-operation and interaction in the contract four times a year. The smoothness of co-operation is measured four times a year using a questionnaire that is integrated in the project management model. The Celkee Insight service is used for the measurement.
The measurement provides information on the most important elements of the construction project:

- trust
- professional pride
Länsimetro Oy’s Co-operation Award
The Co-operation Award is Länsimetro’s own award that is given twice a year to a winner selected from Länsimetro’s own active worksites. The objective is to continuously improve co-operation and trust between the various operators on the worksite.
The criteria for winning the award are the average of the four measured elements listed above, a positive change in outcome, the response rate and the number of comments. The winning worksite during each half-year period receives a perpetual trophy.
